Boys Power SingYoung Naperville Singers is pleased to announce its 6th Annual Boys Power Sing! It is our hope that this morning of singing will bring boys together in grades 3-8, rally and motivate young male singers and provide an opportunity to enrich the classroom choral program. Teachers are also invited to attend. The workshop will be led by Scott Houlné Iseminger, conductor of our Boys Choir. No preparation is necessary! We have found that when boys get together with other boys to sing, they feel a new sense of belonging to a choir and are more likely to stay in a choir. YNS Boys Choir director, Scott Houlné Iseminger will have the boys playing African drums and other instruments as they learn songs to sing together! Our guest clinician is James Cumings, music teacher and choir director, formerly of District 204. He will have the boys singing and drumming with toe-tapping music all morning! Special guest choir is the Wheaton College Men’s Glee Club directed by Dr. Mary Hopper! Click here to see what we did at our first Boys Power Sing!
