Conductor of the Treble Singers and Boys Choir
Scott Houlné Iseminger has distinguished himself as a music educator with broad experience and commitment to excellence. Since 1992, he has been the music teacher at Krejci Academy, Little Friends, Incorporated in Naperville where he works with children and adolescents with behavioral, emotional, and developmental disorders and autistic spectrum disorders. Mr. Iseminger was named “2000 Teacher of the Year” for Little Friends, Inc. He is a frequent consultant and clinician specializing in music for children with disabilities. He has taught college courses at DePaul University and for Western Illinois University. Mr. Iseminger is a member of the Music Educators National Conference, the American Choral Directors Association, and the Greater Chicago Area Orff-Schulwerk Association. He graduated from Wheaton College with a bachelor of music degree. To celebrate his 15 year anniversary with YNS, Mr. Iseminger was honored with a special award presentation at the 2007 Spring concert, “Cantate! Sing!”
